Career Desk extension support
Use the extension to review and save a job posting directly to your private Career Desk.
Supported during public beta
Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Monday.com careers, Six Flags careers, and many employer sites that use standard job-posting data.
LinkedIn is not currently supported. LinkedIn changes its authenticated job layout frequently. Add LinkedIn opportunities manually in Career Desk for now.
Connect your account
- Sign in at my.calibercareers.com.
- Open the extension and select Connect Career Desk.
- Approve the browser connection.
- Return to a supported job page and reopen the extension.
If a job is not detected
- Confirm the full job description is visible and finished loading.
- Refresh the job page.
- Open the extension and select Try again.
- If necessary, enter the opportunity manually in Career Desk.
Disconnect or revoke access
Select Disconnect this browser inside the extension. You can also revoke any browser from Career Desk Account Settings.
